Within the project scope, a comprehensive analysis of the current situation was conducted to identify the needs of Ankara’s and Turkey’s entrepreneurship ecosystem. Based on this analysis, effective tools such as unique training programs, guidebooks, internet portals, and Web TV have been developed and made available to entrepreneurs. The results of this in-depth analysis, which was conducted for the first time in Turkey, have paved the way for entrepreneurship in Ankara, especially with a focus on technology, and the “Ankara Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Current Situation Analysis” has been published. In order to raise awareness and increase youth employment through entrepreneurship, 29 training programs, each lasting 7 days, have been provided to university students and young aspiring entrepreneurs in Ankara, reaching over 500 participants in total. One of the prominent activities in the project is to create original models by considering the cultural and sociological structure of the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Ankara. For this purpose, mentors have been identified based on the needs of entrepreneurs, and a “mentor pool” has been established. Over 200 potential and existing entrepreneurs, including those with business ideas, successful projects, and established companies, have received at least 3 days of mentorship support within the framework of “tailored” mentoring and advisory services. Furthermore, training programs on “technology commercialization,” which is one of the most critical needs of the ecosystem, have been organized to provide simultaneous support to entrepreneurs alongside mentorship. Entrepreneurial teams consisting of four individuals each (a total of 120 people) have received 12 days of training and consultancy services. In this way, guidance has been provided to young aspiring entrepreneurs who have business ideas but have not yet commercialized them and need direction.
